Adapted by A Simple Pantry
2 Medium Apples peeled and cored
2 Small Pears peeled and cored
1 C Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1Tbsp Ground Cinnamon
½ C Roasted Unsalted Almonds
1 Banana sliced
1 C Raisin Bran
2 Tbsp Raw & Unfiltered Honey
In a blender or large food processor, add the apples and pear and blend until no large chunks remain. Add in the yogurt and cinnamon and continue to blend until smooth.
Divide the mixture between two bowls and top with the almonds, banana, Raisin Bran, and honey, dividing each between the bowls. Serve immediately.
Notes These smoothie bowls are fairly thick, so if you prefer a thinner base, slowly add some liquid, like vanilla almond milk, one tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
